Living La Pura Vida in Costa Rica
With a bunch of adrenaline adventures and wonderful wildlife Costa Rica has loads going for it, so Macca and Brianna went to if all the hype’s worth it.
Costa Rica is without a doubt the most popular country for tourists to visit in Central America – it’s like Disneyland for adults. You can go ziplining at Monteverde, hiking through the jungle, surfing on the coast, and that’s before coming across all the wonderful wildlife in the country.
The national motto in Costa Rica is “la pura vida”, the pure life, and that’s what you get when you visit. I loved nothing more than exploring the deep dense rainforests then kicking back and relaxing on the beaches – nothing more, nothing less. This really is a country that has everything so enjoy it!

Ziplining in Monteverde is basically a rite of passage for any visitor in Costa Rica, and not even my fear of heights was going to get in my way from doing it.
