Belize is without a doubt one of my favourite countries in Central America because it’s just so different to all the others. With easy-going beach vibes, idyllic islands just off the coast and everyone speaking English, at times you feel like you’re in the Caribbean, especially when you throw an abundance of rum punch into the mixer.

In Belize, I spent most of my time chillin’ Caye Caulker style. With an island motto of “go slow”, sometimes you’ve just got to kick back, relax, and watch the world go by. Love it.
