Kayaking Over the Sunken City of Kekova, Turkey
There’s only one way to truly explore Kekova in Turkey – by kayaking over the sunken city of Kekova, a place frozen in time for 2,000 years.
One of my favourite adventure activities while I’m travelling is kayaking. It’s one of those activities you can find all around the world and it’s really accessible too. Most of the time you can just hire a kayak for a coupe of hours and you’re good to go.
In some places like Thailand and the Philippines you can go on some epic kayaking adventures following the coastline. In the Philippines you can even go on multi-day kayaking trips to loads of different islands.
For me, the most beautiful place was kayaking in Greenland. This was kayaking next to giant icebergs in the freezing cold water; it was such an incredible experience.
Another really popular place is kayaking below the city walls of Dubrovnik. This is a tour that’s getting more and more popular so I really recommend you checking it out if you’re there.
So, if you’re looking for some of the best places to go kayaking around the world then make sure you check out my kayak blogs first!
