Romania is one of the most popular countries in Eastern Europe, and with some beautiful beaches, magical mountains, medieval towns (where they can boast the birthplace of Dracula) and rapidly developing cities, it’s no wonder the country’s a hit.
I travelled around Romania a few years ago and a couple of my highlights were seeing the bright colours of Sighisoara, exploring all the castles of Brasov, and walking around the hugely impressive Palace of the Parliament in Bucharest. Wherever you go in Romania I have no doubt you’ll enjoy yourself though!
