Switzerland Travel Blogs
These are all of my Switzerland travel blogs at An Adventurous World
Everything you’ve heard about Switzerland is true. It is the land of cheese, chocolates, clocks, cows and obsessive punctuality.
It is also one of the most beautiful places in Europe with jaw-dropping landscapes and stunning scenery. If you love your mountains then Switzerland has to be on your list of places to visit.
Switzerland is incredibly easy to travel around. Not only are the transport links exceptional, but everyone speaks English too. The only thing you need to be prepared for is everything is eye-wateringly expensive.
I really love Switzerland though. I learned to ski in Zermatt which is this gorgeous mountain town in the shadows of the Matterhorn, and Geneva is a fantastic city too with so much going for it. As I’ve said, if you love landscapes than you’ll love this country.
Also, Switzerland is a real surprise summer destination with some fantastic hiking on offer. If you’re looking for a place to get away from it all and lost in the mountains then it’s perfect for that.
